Community Expectations
To keep our community clean, collaborative, and powerful, all members agree to the following community expectations. These are non-negotiable and protect the sanctity of the space, the privacy of our members, and the quality of your experience inside of this container.
1. This Room Is for CEOs
We are here to build scalable businesses.
We prioritize strategy, implementation, execution, and aligned visibility.
Emotional intelligence is honored—but emotional indulgence is not our currency.
We process quickly so we can act boldly.
You’re not here to stay in the “figuring it out” stage—you’re here to execute.
2. We Lead with Respect, Not Rescue
We do not coach each other unless explicitly asked.
We encourage you to self-reflect and see how someone’s breakthrough can apply and serve your next step.
Support through witnessing, encouragement, and presence—not through solving.
We do not offer unsolicited emotional processing support.
This space is not a substitute for therapy or personal coaching.
We respect everyone’s journey by staying in our own lane—while cheering loudly from the sidelines.
Stay in the seat of the student. That’s where your next level lives.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, receive coaching, and apply yourself every week.
The live group chat is a place for celebration, momentum, questions, and clarity—not emotional downloads or venting.
Respect others’ privacy and boundaries:
Do not contact other members outside of designated group spaces unless you’ve been explicitly invited to do so.
Do not email, pitch, coach, or process with other members privately.
3. You Are Responsible for What You Came For
The success of your business in this program is co-created.
You are expected to:
Ask specific questions to get specific answers
Use support channels proactively
Communicate promptly and professionally
Integrate feedback and test, track, and tweak
No one can want it more than you. Your results = your responsibility.
4. We Do Not Ghost. We Do Not Drift.
If you are feeling stuck, underwhelmed, or in misalignment—communicate early.
This is a high-standards container with a high-touch team.
When in doubt, reach out. We solve things through dialogue, not detachment.
5. We Move with Intentionality
That means:
You show up like the CEO you are
You take radical ownership of your process
You share wins and losses with humility and power
You honor others’ pace without dimming your own journey
Growth inside this room is built through decisive action and personal alignment.
When asking for coaching, be specific:
Share what you tried, what data you collected, and where you’re stuck.
Clarity in = clarity out. Help us help you.
You may not always agree with every piece of coaching you receive. That’s okay. Sit with it, test it, and then decide.
Don’t discard feedback because it challenges your ego:
Growth can often feel like friction at first.
Trust the process.
6. Program Boundaries
To keep our container clean and potent:
We do not refund based on misaligned expectations—read the sales page, ask questions, and know what you’re investing in.
Our entire team has clear working hours.
We take 2 full working business days to respond.
Our weekly working hours are 10am – 6pm ET, Monday – Friday, unless otherwise noted and shared. (ie: holidays, program delivery, etc.)
This collective is cohort/group-based.
If you experience an issue with another cohort member, do not bring it to the group. Reach out to the Associate Director directly.
7. If You Decide to Leave, You Leave with Honor
Should you need to step away from The Unstoppable:
We honor courageous conversations.
Your payment obligations remain as agreed upon in your Participant Contract.
Every rule and guideline in this list exists to protect your peace, your progress, and your profits.
When these rules are honored, the room stays vibrant—and the results stay high.
This room is a room of legacy.
We are building equity, authority, and profitability—one bold action at a time.
Now let’s get to work.
My all,
Robert Hartwell
