I was recently in Baltimore celebrating my brother’s 40th birthday and all he wanted was to go to the AJR concert (go see my insta highlights for us head banging lol).
But the lead singer told a story from the stage of how the first time they played Baltimore 8 years ago there were 175 people in the audience and over half of them were comped.
He said, “but I kept telling our story and we’re here tonight to a sold out crowd of 10,000”….

I have experienced numerous miracles in my life when I have told my story and made the ask (and if you’re reading this – I know it’s coming your way.)
: When an investor wrote me a check for $150,000 even though we’d only known each other for 10 minutes. That was a life-changing miracle.
: When a flooring company provided $300,000 worth of materials for my new dance studio and rehearsal space—free of charge. Another miracle.
