About Strength on Stages

Strength on Stages is the company that houses The Unstoppable and Story Selling Accelerator. We help entrepreneurs turn their stories, offers and visibility into stronger businesses. That work comes to life in our cohorts and in live and virtual productions such as Print Money on Demand, Glow Up Retreat and the Industry Exposure Showcase, where clients present, get photographed and filmed, and leave with assets they use to grow.

The role

Keep the operating and production systems accurate and moving.

You’ll maintain source records, calendars, checklists, vendor and crew communications, event logistics and deliverable trackers, so the Business Operations Manager can produce trustworthy forecasts and each production moves from preparation through final asset handoff.

Reports to and team

You’ll report to the Business Operations Manager and work with department managers and Andrew Norlen, our Director of Operations, on assigned operating tasks. You’ll coordinate execution and follow-through; the Manager owns business decisions, production outcomes, budgets, priorities and escalations.

What you’ll own

Finance administration and records

  • Maintain finance administration records: collect and organize invoices and receipts, prepare payment packets, track due dates and approvals, maintain vendor records and flag missing documents. You will never approve or release a payment independently.
  • Update weekly cash and contract trackers from approved source systems, reconcile exceptions for Manager review, and maintain a clear audit trail with links to supporting documents.
  • Prepare monthly close materials and recurring reports: request missing items, maintain the close checklist, compile department inputs and route variances to the Manager.

Operating rhythm and administration

  • Maintain calendars, meeting agendas, decision logs, action lists and deadline reminders for business operations and cross-functional work.
  • Support hiring and onboarding administration: interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference-check logistics, offer-packet coordination, equipment and access checklists, and personnel-file organization.
  • Draft and maintain standard operating procedures, forms, trackers and templates. Use approved systems and promptly escalate access, data-quality, privacy or process concerns.
  • Handle confidential financial, personnel, client and legal information with discretion, sharing it only with authorized people through approved systems.

Events and production

  • Coordinate event administration: venue and vendor comparison records, quotes, contracts for review, schedules, travel and attendee details, run-of-show drafts and post-event receipts.
  • Coordinate pre-production by maintaining the master production timeline, milestones, call times, crew and client schedules, location details, vendor deliverables, equipment and staffing needs, and current information for each participant. Track dependencies and raise gaps before they affect an event.
  • Support live and in-person production for Print Money on Demand, Glow Up Retreat, Industry Exposure Showcase and other approved events. Coordinate client and production-assistant movement, locations, transitions, vendors and crew, and real-time updates. The Manager remains the accountable production lead and makes or escalates production decisions.
  • Coordinate virtual productions: confirm platforms, links, schedules, recordings, technical requirements, supporting materials and access for vendors, clients, production assistants and internal team members. Test links and materials and document recording or delivery issues.

Post-production and production resources

  • Own post-production administration: track photo, video, audio and other vendor deliverables, specifications, review rounds, revisions, approvals and delivery dates. Keep final assets organized and route approved materials to internal teams and clients by the agreed milestone, including for the Industry Exposure Showcase.
  • Maintain production documentation, asset folders, equipment and materials inventory, storage-unit organization, shipping or movement records, and access to production resources. Identify recurring gaps and recommend practical fixes.
