Careers at Strength on Stages

Build the live events and systems behind powerful stories.

We help entrepreneurs turn their stories into stronger businesses, and our live events are where that happens: on stage, on set and in the room. We’re hiring two operators to plan, produce and run those live events and productions, and to keep the business behind them dependable, from the budget and run-of-show to the final photo delivered after the event.

Who we are

Stories, offers and stages

Strength on Stages is the company that houses The Unstoppable and Story Selling Accelerator. We help entrepreneurs turn their stories, offers and visibility into stronger businesses. That work comes to life in our cohorts and in live and virtual productions such as Print Money on Demand, Glow Up Retreat and the Industry Exposure Showcase, where clients present, get photographed and filmed, and leave with assets they use to grow.

Our live events and productions are the heart of the client experience. Each one runs on careful operating work: budgets and run-of-shows, call times and crews, venues and vendors, and the photo, video and audio assets that move from the shoot to final delivery. These roles own that work, along with the business operations that keep it on solid ground.

How we work

High standards, clearly owned

Clear ownership

Every area has one accountable owner and written decision rights. You know what you decide, what you recommend and what needs approval.

Clarity over noise

Written plans, current trackers and short updates keep leaders informed without extra meetings.

Follow-through

We close loops: named owners, real due dates and an early flag when something is at risk.

Care for clients

Clients trust us with their stories and their businesses. Accuracy, discretion and calm production days are how we show care.

Operations and creative, together

Budgets, run-of-shows, crews and final assets are one workflow, planned together from brief to handoff.
