Before you go

There are three things you need to do right now

   Add this to your calendar

   Block 12-2pm ET, Monday through Friday, so nothing gets scheduled over the live sessions.

   Fill out the mandatory intake form

   This form is required for every participant. Your personal intake link is in your welcome email and in your client portal, so please complete it now.

3. 3

   Check your inbox and join the client portal

   Your portal invitation is on its way by email. All of the tools and everything you need for the challenge live inside the member portal.

   Don’t see the email? Make sure to also check your Promotions and Spam folders, and move it to your inbox.
