Strength On Stages is a 6-week done-with-you accelerator where you’ll identify, write, rehearse, and produce your signature story with an award-winning production crew of industry titans -so it becomes the most profitable asset in your business.
We work alongside you to move through fear and step into visibility–so you can finally show up as an unstoppable CEO.
At the end of Strength On Stages, you don’t just finish–you launch.
The Virtual Reveal Party is where your Signature Story and pitch-ready assets go live in front of decision makers, clients, and media.
We will premiere your story, pitch your offer, and show you how to walk away with warm leads, fresh opportunities, and the momentum to grow your business in 2026.
You’re not just investing $15K in Strength On Stages–you’re building a profit engine that can easily produce $100K+ in Q1 of 2026.
$135,000 in a single quarter. From one story, one stage, and one selling system.
You invested $15K in our program and turned it into $135K – that’s a 900% return on your investment.
I’ve coached 150 entrepreneurs through Strength On Stages – helping them craft, rehearse, and professionally produce their Signature Stories so they land paid speaking opportunities, press, and aligned clients.
I’ve guided thousands of entrepreneurs to six- and seven-figure profits through my coaching programs, built two multi-seven-figure businesses, sold a TV series to Oprah, and helped leaders like you step into the success they crave.
I am the host and executive producer of Breaking New Ground, co-produced by the Oprah Winfrey Network and HGTV, now streaming on MAX. I graduated from the University of Michigan’s Musical Theatre Department and have performed in five Broadway shows and two National Tours.
In 2016, I founded The Broadway Collective to help the next generation of performers take their dreams to the stage. In 2022, I launched Strength On Stages – now recognized as the premier storyselling training program for entrepreneurs.
My story of purchasing a 200-year-old colonial mansion – a home built when slavery was still legal in the U.S. – went viral, reaching millions who resonated with my message of reinvention, liberation, and hope. I also starred in Pharrell and Jay-Z’s hit single Entrepreneur, dancing in front of my historic home – because legacy matters.
As a Black gay man, I vowed to fill this home with love, honor my ancestors, tell their stories, and say their names.
When I’m not coaching entrepreneurs, you’ll find me obsessing over NPR, crafting the perfect La Marzocco latte, and dusting my 21 chandeliers. I split my time between New York City and my historic home in Massachusetts – where every day is a reminder that when you tell your story miracles happen.
In 2026, I will be a mainstay judge on Hulu’s new design reality competition series That Thrifting Show alongside Good Morning America’s Lara Spencer.
Long story short: you won’t find a more qualified coach to guide you to success when it comes to visibility and storyselling.
