You might know Robert from his viral social media post. After purchasing a 200-year-old colonial mansion (which was built back when slavery was still legal Federally in the US), Robert inspired millions with his message of reinvention, liberation, and hope. As a Black gay man, he vowed to fill this home with love, honor his ancestors, tell their stories, and say their names.
Robert founded The Broadway Collective which made the Inc 5000 List for its rapid growth: 440% revenue increase in 3 years. He’s an intuitive entrepreneur who understands how to bring out the greatness inside each client.

In The Exclusive, you’re not just joining a mastermind—you’re becoming part of a movement designed to catapult you into your most impactful year yet. Here’s what awaits you.
We will not meet on the week of July 1st as July has 5 weeks.
We will not meet on the week of September 1st as September has 5 weeks.
We will not meet on Tuesday December 22nd but have our final session on Tuesday December 30th
You are on the precipice.
I know you feel that deeply.
I am believing 2025 to be my most impactful year yet. I haven’t felt this kind of energy and momentum since 2020 when I bought my home and sold my TV show to Ms. Winfrey.
What I know for sure is that I’ve never been more energized about the work I get the opportunity to do.
People ask sometimes if I ever sleep and eat. The short is that I sleep 8 hours a night and eat quite well lol. How? I am strategic in where I deposit my magic and I am not afraid to keep following up consistently to see the bigger vision unfold.
I think many entrepreneurs believe you throw up a landing page and the millions flow. I have never experienced that. But I have experienced creating millions for making a plan and working that plan over and over and over until 1 client turned into 100.
When I thought of how I wanted to spend my time in 2025 a nonnegotiable for me was a community of like minded doers.
Creating The Exclusive has been in the works for two years but truly it was never the right time nor the right group of people.
If you’re reading this I believe in you and genuinely know that my mentoring you has the power to change the trajectory of your 2025.
I get results because I’m not afraid to roll up on my miracles and knock until the doors opens – I know you have that same magic. But I do believe it to be easier when you are in weekly accountability.
I was telling someone who just joined the mastermind that I can look at my P&L and can see when I’ve been in a mastermind and not been in one. Every time I join a mastermind I make more money and actually get more sleep.
This mastermind will be a light lift with contagious impact. I will not be assigning you busy work. I will give you a weekly actionable opportunity to focus on a needle mover in your business to measure and create more wealth in your business and life.
You already know relationships are the reason I became an entrepreneur and have committed my life to helping others live their authentic lives by telling their stories.
I am the recipient of some major overflow blessings in my life by being in community with some of the brightest entrepreneurs in the industry. I encourage you to keep journeying with this community for the next 12 months because like I shared earlier – 2025 will be my brightest year yet and I plan to overflow with each of you.
The frameworks, processes, and industry guest experts we will be bringing each month are spectacular.
You haven’t experienced what you know your future says about you yet because you have the materials but you haven’t put in the relentless practice of pitching and following up until your yes arrives. It’s not a talent issue. Yesses are a number game. You want a yes? Go collect some no’s. No’s requires some knocking though.
You do not have to go knocking alone.
You will pay either way: for the new practice of persistence I will teach you or the continued avoidance of rejection you’ve perfected.
Let me help you do a new thing.
Give me 2-3 hours per week in 2025 and I can promise you that you will not be where you are today.
This is the place to be fed in 2025.
To our collective overflow.
I’ll see you in The Exclusive.
My absolute all,
